In December 2012, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer, which had spread from my uterus and was creeping into my liver. My medical prognosis said I had less than a 10% chance to live for five more years. I was weak and in serious pain. Yet, by April 2013, I had no detectable cancer cells, and I felt better than ever! How was this possible? I’m certain that changing to an alkaline way of “being” was central to the healthy rebalancing of my body, mind, and spirit.
